Subscribe to comments

I've added a new plugin to the site, which lets users subscribe to an e-mail-notification service for comments. Subscribing to the service is very easy, you find an entry, and then either check the point under the comments form and submit a comment, or subscribe without commenting with the 'Subscribe without commenting' form. Then you'll receive an e-mail when someone comments to that entry.
