Thank you for my patience? Why don’t you stick stupid remarks like that up your ass and frickin’ apologize to me instead. As mentioned I was promised compensation, and guess what, it’s pure crap. I can choose between three games: Project Gotham Racing 3, Kameo and some other crappy game. It’s fucking launch titles which are more than 1,5 years old! God damn it.

Tell them that. It’s email, it’s easy to be angry over email.
Just go “That compensation isn’t acceptable. I’ve waited xx amount of days for a system that was broken when I got it. I’m as a costumer doesn’t think the choice between three launch titles I have already played and disliked is suitable compensation. Now give me something I can use, or I will kill you. You. The person who sent me this email.”

Haha, I’ll call and complain, but I have hard time being angry when talking to the supporters, because it’s not their fault.
