EB Games has got an offer you can’t refuse
Well, it’s up to you, but it’s a pretty neat offer. It’s very simple, you give them an Xbox 360 Premium, three Xbox 360 games and 99,- DKK, and they give you an Xbox 360 Elite. The first thing I thought when I read this was that you’d probably have to bring some new 360 games, but according to a friend of mine, who works next to an EB Games shop, it doesn’t matter, as long as it’s an Xbox 360 game. If you want an Elite that’s pretty cheap. If you just bring a Premium they charge you 1299,- DKK for the Elite.
This is what you get when you buy an Elite: 120 GB HDD, HDMI output and all accessories in black (controller, console, headset and cables), so it’s not really a huge improvement, but if you really want one and you already have a 360 this is probably the best offer you’ll get.

Left 4 Dead Versus Gameplay Tips

I’m highly addicted to Valve’s latest hit, Left 4 Dead, but instead of writing what I think about the game, I thought about describing some things me and my friends have found to work out very nice when playing Versus. This is directed towards the No Mercy campaign, since I haven’t played Blood Harvest much.

This is kind of surprising, I sent it a week ago and it’s already done now. I hope this is a sign that they just replaced it with a new model. Either way, I don’t care, now I’ll have something to do in my christmas holiday anyway!

It’s not a neat offer. Why you ask ? Because the whole “you sell us your game for 100dkk, and we then sell it for 200dkk in our shop”. It’s so goddamn stupid and unfair for everyone really. What I would really like to see is that a shop like coolshop.dk made some sort of user-to-user online trading/buying/selling system. That would be pretty awesome, instead of having to look around on different forums and stuff like that.

Oh shit, I meant 5. And it’s still a pretty good deal, buy 5 games for 100,- DKK each, then you bring your Premium and pay 600,- DKK to get an Elite. The Elite itself costs around 3.000,- DKK, and you’re not getting 2.400,- DKK for an Xbox 360 Premium anywhere else.
I agree that the gametrading in most shops is bullshit though.
